Mussel Shoals

Mussel Shoals is the furthest north, close to the Ventura/Santa Barbara border, next to the famous Oil Piers site that was owned by Arco Oil until 1998 when the contract expired. This is a small community, with mostly oceanfront homes, with a few homes across the street. There is a dry-sand beach all year long. This fantastic stretch of Ventura coastline is loved by surfers and sunlovers alike. The Cliff House Inn, a 24-room guest inn, is in Mussel Shoals. Their Shoals Restaurant is great.
